To keep your body healthy you must eat a good balanced diet ( a good mix of fruit and veg, carbohydrates, protein, dairy etc.), have a reasonable amount of sleep, don't overwork your body by staying up late. And do around 60 minutes of gentle exercise a day. Be proud of yourself.
