Give him roughage, keep him away from the bread, and keep an eye on him for any signs of illness such as bloat or acidosis. If you see anything out of the ordinary, such as not eating like he should, listlessness (wanting to rest instead of being active and playing like a healthy calf), kicking at the belly, etc., then call the vet or a veteran farmer/producer to help you out with him.

Also, take this as a lesson learned to not let a calf eat too much bread again, no matter if it was accidental or intentional, and make sure you do something so that it won't happen again.
