Not neccasseraly, no. It could mean you have some spots on your stomach or the opposite. My stomach itched once, and I put on a stone. I quickly went on a diet and lost 10lbs - fast!!
So it could, but it could mean something else. Check it out.
That sounds like a really weird desire. Losing weight on legs would be through losing some weight all over, and not doing any strenght building exercises for the legs. For gaining weight on stomach I have no idea, unless you can get pregnant.
No. Not necesarily. Losing or gaining weight quickly isn't healthy for you
of course, you might already have muscle but it could be hidden under any excess fat.Losing weight helps tone the body,so while you are losing weight you will also be gaining muscle.
Yes. If you are working out and gaining muscle tone, then it is reasonable that you may gain a little weight (a few pounds) or not lose as much weight as you normally would have if you were just losing "fat" weight. It is good that you are losing fat! In addition, you may be putting on some water weight as your body adjusts. This will go away completely within a few weeks or so. If this is not the case, and you are losing "fat" but still gaining weight, you may want to see a nutritionist or doctor to find out why that would be happening. Absent of that, there is nothing wrong with gaining a few pounds of muscle as you lose fat.
A baby should never be losing weight. It should only be gaining weight as it grows.
Yes you will stop losing weight because you have lost too much and then will start GAINING weight if you work out too much.
move more and eat less
I AM 23YRS OLD.MY WEIGHT IS 45KG & HIGHT IS 5'5''.HOW CAN I GAIN MY WEIGHT?
It sure can. Drinking lots of water to keep it full can help some though.
Nope. The main issue with weight and piercings is gaining/losing weight. If you plan on losing weight, dont get it done now.
Stretch marks occur from rapidly losing or gaining weight in one part of the body. You do not have be pregnant to lose or gain weight in your lower stomach area. There are many products on the market that claim to fade stretch marks like Mederma, but a natural remedy is aloe vera gel.
Not pregnant.
