Well most foods are healthy just that some food have a lot of sugar in them.

Fruit and Veg are the main healthy food but cakes and chocolate are high in sugar.

if fry the food is going to have more fat but if you grill it will have less fat

well, thats a big question considering there a lot of foods that are not considered healthy for many reasons. I can definitely tell you than foods without labels, such as vegetables and fruit, are definitely more healthy for you than foods that have labels. Common foods such as 'white' bread is very bad for your boy. In the factories where they process the bread they take out all the valuable ingredients and leave whats not good for you and also add bad ingredients. If you want to eat healthy bread, look for bread that has NO gluten in it. Such as ezekial bread. You can find it at health food stores and even in the frozen section at BI-LO. if your wondering why they keep it frozen, its because it has no harmful preservatives in it. Also, cereals are very bad for you. The only cereal that i will allow myself to eat is Golein. the original one. It is reccomended by many famous nutrionalist
