We're told that red meat in our diets is harmful to humans. I tend to not believe it. Meat, Poultry and especially fish and seafood are "Perfect Proteins" they hold all the essential amino acids [building blocks of protein] that we need to grow and repair tissue. Seafoods have the most proteins and virtually no fat. Although we do need fats in our diets too. Fats supply natural sources of fatty acids and vits D,A,K and E [these keep your skin, hair and mylen sheaths of your nerves healthy. fats are also good for you to handle STRESS]. I really believe that the trick is to eat a well balanced diet take B-Complex 100 [water soluble and drasically needed in our daily diets for nervous system health] and as much Vitamin C as you can tolerate [get the crystalline PURE form avoid the pills filled with adhesive fillers] they cost too much for what you get. Both Vitamin C and B are water soluble meaning that we can not store these and the only way to be healthy and energetic is to take them everyday. You can take them[B, C and multiminerals] with no fear of toxicity whatsoever. So in conclusion eat a well balanced diet with Protein, Carbs and Fats, take B complex 100 and lots of Vitamin C AND EXERCISE and you can eat pretty much anything you want in moderation. This does exclude those with special medical conditions who should seek the advice of a competent Medical professional.
