It all depends of course on what you eat and how much you eat. But it has recently been shown in a study that exercising on an empty stomach is more conducive to weight loss than exercising with food in the stomach.

It is better to do ANY exercise in the AM hours because when exercise is done closer to time to go to bed, it revs up the heart rate and makes it difficult to get a good night's rest. This is turn takes a negative effect on your health because your body is sleep deprived and that pretty much goes against the point of exercising!
you should drink lots of water, get lots of exercise, watch how much you eat get your normal serving and split it in half save the rest for later. trust me i had the same problem
