It is turned into fat and stored for later.
So you dont turn into a fat f*ck.
it stays fat.....unless u work out/exercise, then it turns into energy.
"If it's not in use, turn off the juice!" is an example of an energy-saving slogan.
Exercise with weights. If it is flabby muscle this will be sufficient. If there is fat as well you will have to eat an energy controlled dietand take aerobic exercise.
turn solar energy into nutrients
As you exercise your body uses stored fuel and turn it into energy to power mechanical movement. In this process, energy in the form of heat is released in to the surroundings. Therefore this is an exothermic process.
You will obviously have less energy. I have experimented the effects of eating and not eating before exercise. I concluded that when I have something to eat before exercise (not necessarily right before exercise) I am able to run for a longer period than when I do not consume anything.
Exercise expends energy.
we could turn a crank. which is kinda human energy. but with the energy from foods that we get when we eat, i dont think so
Actually because you dont exercise or do anything when your on a bike but when you are walking you use your energy and burn fat.
ferns dont digest food, they obatin energy from light (i.e. the sun) which they turn into energy in order to survive.
The potential chemical energy in food, which becomes kinetic energy as you exercise, in the end becomes heat energy (you should notice yourself warming up as a result of exercise). And the heat energy in turn leaks away into the environment, and ultimately can be radiated away to space in the form of infrared rays. Billions of years later an alien race will detect those infrared rays and deduce the fact that you were exercising.
