Did the stegosaurus care for it's young?

Evidence suggests that the Tyrant lizard king was one of the most nurturing dinosaurs in the animal kingdom, well to its own family anyway. Both parents cared for young, they brought them food, protected them from predators and presumably taught them to hunt. The Tyrannosaurus fossil called "Sue", named after its discoverer Susan Hendrickson showed numerous crippling injuries that did not kill the dinosaur. This suggests that other dinosaurs nursed her back to health by bringing food until 'she' recovered. Otherwise one of those crippling injuries.

It is a possibility. Theropods are closely related to modern birds, and like them, many seem to have parental care. There are exceptions, but other tyrannosaurs (namely Albertosaurus) seem to live in mixed-age groups, so parental care is likely for Tyrannosaurus itself.

Fossil evidence suggests that Pterodactylus buried their eggs in sand. When an eggs hatched, the hatchling was either fed by its parents for a few days or it lived off of its yolk sack for that time. Within a few days, the Pterodactylus would be able to fly, and would fend for itself.

Many dinosaurs cared for their young. Tyrannosaurus rex probably did, too. This was proven when a group of T-rex were discovered that included adults and young of all ages and both genders.
