No nests or eggs of Spinosaurus have ever been found. Thus, it is impossible for us to know whether Spinosaurus even took care of its young at all. If they did, we definitely don't know how they took care of their young.

No Spinosaurus eggs or nests have ever been found. However, we do know that Spinosaurus, like all other dinosaurs, reproduced by laying hard shelled eggs, like birds. Unlike birds, however, their eggs probably were simply oval or spherical, and didn't taper at the ends. Because no eggs, nests, or hatchlings of Spinosaurus have been found, it is unknown whether young Spinosaurus had to fend for themselves or their parents fed and protected them.
