i do not know of any companies that do this route. most likely you would have to travel to New York and get a ferry to England and then head up. flying would be far easier.

You can't drive from Victoria to Vancouver. It's roughly 50 kms from Victoria to the Schwartz Bay ferry terminal. You have to take a ferry across the Georgia Strait to the mainland, and that takes 1 hour 35 minutes once it leaves the terminal. Once you get off the ferry in Tsawwassen, it's roughly 50 kms to the City of Vancouver.
