Alternatively, you can take the 2 or 3 subway lines from Grand Central to Chambers Street, which is also close by.
To get to 26 Federal Plaza from Newark Penn Station, take a NJ Transit train to New York Penn Station. From there, transfer to the subway and take the 1, 2, or 3 train downtown to Chambers Street.
