There probably is no Pat answer because there are so many variables.

I order Regularly from "Cellphoneshop.com" (Hong Kong), and yes, I know that is not mainline China because I have lived in China..but it is right next door. When you order from cellphoneshop your order arrives within about 5 days and I know it comes from Hong Kong because the postage indicates that it does. But having lived in China, as a diplomat, who knows..it could sit for months somewhere before it moves. Our Embassy uses a Diplomatic Pouch instead of the mail system.

A more likely answer to your question would be.."IT WON'T". Meaning that it has a big likelihood of not being delivered to the west..AT ALL..Customs..Tariffs etc/Juan
