You go to "track my package," or the part of your account made to track packages, I think its called "where's my stuff," it shows you the order history and whether or not your package has shipped yet. If it has not shipped, you can cancel within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the priority of your order.

Just a guess - you shipped something to Canada? You didn't say where it was going. If you ship something to Canada you have to allow time for the package to clear Customs. Initially, your package goes Priority to Canada. But, after it clears Customs it goes by motor vehicle to the area it was addressed to. If you didn't ship to Canada, please ask again & tell us where your package was going.
