Under normal conditions, a letter mailed early in the day Monday through Friday will travel from Kentucky to Minnesota overnight, and may even be delivered the next day. But the usual time is 2 to 3 days, which is the USPS service target for first class interstate letters. Large or bulky envelopes, especially with handwritten or unclear addresses, can take longer.
