There is none, all units of measure (regardless of the thing measured) can in principle have a larger unit, if there is something that is so large that measuring it with existing units would be inconvenient.

In terms of known physical lengths the largest size is somewhere between 26 billion light years to 30 billion light years (the approximate diameter of the visible universe at this time).
