No, guns are not made out of UFO parts. There is no credible evidence to support the idea that any firearms are constructed using materials from unidentified flying objects. Guns are typically manufactured from conventional metals and materials available on Earth, such as steel, aluminum, and polymers. The notion of UFO parts being used in gun production is a concept found in Science Fiction rather than reality.
They are still made, and are made like any other firearm- by machining metal parts.

Almost everything made today is manufactured with interchangeable parts. Cars, machines, computers, televisions, guns, electronic equipment, etc.

Each part of early guns was hand made, and parts could not be swapped between guns. A replacement part would have to be made and fitted by a skilled smith. Later, parts were standardized, and replacement parts would fit. Check the name Eli Whitney. He not only created the cotton gin, but standarized parts for muskets.
Montgomery Wards did not make guns, they were made by various companies like Mossberg, Savage, Stevens and Hi Standard. Who made guns /shotguns for JC Penney, Sears, and Western Auto along with guns for Wards. The brand name were put on the guns for the stores to sell.
