Nostradamus never really gave a date; events have unfolded to show he was a brilliant man.
Let's put him aside and take a look at The Bible and the events that would unfold. We will never last until 3797, no way, no how. Also he through the date out of 2060, no way, no how. We are very close to all events unfolding in the Bible. God would never tell anyone including his Arching angels when the world would end. Our world that was once beautiful is filled with such evil, not all, by no means. God will not tolerate this until 2060 and certainly not 3797, 2012 seems to be right. The big sign is world war III.
The Bible's Old Testament is more accurate than any.

As for the other persons OPINION, you must believe in the Bible for what he/she said about future events. If you believe the Bible, then there is no "published" date, nor is there a way to derive one from the writings contained within it's covers, no matter how vehemetly the video preachers and others might try to convince you that they have the answer and all you have to do is call in your donation to get it.
If you want to believe in what Nostradamus wrote, then there are several web sites devoted to his writings. 2012 is a date he used for some bad things to occur in or near.
As for someone on this or another site putting words in Nostradamus's or even God's mouth (the Bible for those who believe in that book), that say the world will end on a certain date, my opinion is that they are taking matters into their own hands, matters that they do not have the power or authority to do.
My advice is for you to review any and all sources and make a decision on your own.
As for your original question, 2012 is the year of a great war and 3797 is the end of the world according to Nostradamus web sites.
3786 or 3797 depending on which Nostradamus "expert" you choose to believe.

Nostradamus, or Michel de Nostredame, predicted the death of Henry II in a jousting tournament as well as the fire of London. His predictions were usually written in the form of quatrains. He wrote that the world would end in 3797. French physician and astrologer Nostradamus, (1503-1566), wrote a collection of prophecies, entitled Centuries, which were published in 1555. Worryingly, many of these prophecies, which predict events from the mid-1500s through the end of the world, have a habit of coming true

1000 millimeters equals 1 meter and 1000 meters equals 1 kilometer, which means that 1,000,000 millimeters equals 1 kilometer. Knowing this, we can find how many millimeters in the kilometer by moving the decimal place 6 places to the left. So, 3797 millimeters is the same as .003797 kilometers

AnswerThe only last predictions that I know are: 9/11 was going to happen, World war 2 was going to happen, and the world will end in 3797. I do not know if these predictions are true . The Mayans did predict that the world will end in 2012, but they have already disappeared. some people have said that the world will have had ended in 2006. I'm sure that everyone should have figured out that these claims are not true. But in Revelation 21-1 Jesus said that only God knows only when the world will end. It also said that the world will end in the blink of the man's eye. I am still trying to figure out if this claim is true. I shall have the answer.
