AnswerSoldiers are armed, formidable and can appear very intimidating. Whether out of gratitude in some cases, or alarm in others, soldiers can be effective missionaries. For these reasons, it could be considered incumbent on the government whom the soldiers serve, to forbid troops from using their position, implicitly or otherwise, for missionary purposes.
