Chi, Ki, or Qui (depending on which Asian language is used) is energy. The term is usually reserved for life energy, but can refer to other sources as well. For example ReiKi (pronounced ray-key) is universal energy.

While the energy that witches use in magic is the same type of energy, the rituals are very different. Witchcraft usually refers to the traditional religious practices of tribes native to Europe.

Biblical witchcraft, however, refers to something else altogether. Exodus 22:18 "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live" is a rather poor translation. The original Hebrew term, m'khashepah, refers to a person who speaks harmful words, or words in spell form that cause harm. Therefor, no form of healing energy or beneficial majick can be considered biblical "witchcraft".
