Is it possible to give people super powers powers?

Not that we know of. Some people have extroadinary ablities, but it is debatable whether they are "superpowers". Try searching the web for it at: www.Google.com.It also depends on what you think is the definition of superpowers. Some people believe or have heard of people with super powers but there is no evidence.

NO it is not possible for people to have super powers or give people super powers at least for now. But it is possible for people to enhance:meaning to raise to a higher degree, magnify.there natural skills/abilitys like:willpower,creativity,influence and so on by doing deep meditation and other things to increase your natural skills but it is very hard to do that and it takes time and studying because just like most things in life things can always be improved on from fighting skills,to singing and so on and so if the human body can be improved so can the mind(mental skills/ability:willpower,creativity and so on. ---- Actually their can be some ways to gain super powers. These so called "super powers" would not include shapeshifting, teleporting or flying but many other powers. If you get struck by lightning in some type of organic matter such as sand or rare types of flowers sometimes the lightning mixed with the flowers can alter your D.N.A also exposure to radiation and toxic waste can play a big change in the altering of D.N.A. Powers you could gain by this is being able to be extra flexible, eyes changing colors, hair grows at twice the exceled rate. If you also combine a mixture of wind with another element such as radiation sonic blasts this can excel your age by some amounts or even make you move very fast as in fast noticable not as in fast the Red Flash on super man but another 25% faster than original. (Although this sounds cool it is highly believed not to phsyically alter your D.N.A as this can result in serious injury or even Death) The People that have survived these cases of extra paranormal strength or mind abilites have had side affects and have had to been put into quarantine as it is a theory that it is contageous and deadly.
