There is a medical explanation for deja vu. If you have visions, then you would be considered psychic. If you are attracted to majick, nature and animals, then you are attracted to them. No one is born knowing how to practice majick. It is a learned skill. Many people have "natural" learning abilities and many people were raised in majickal households, so they were exposed to it and being taught from the time of their birth. If you want to be a witch, learn the craft. If you don't, then don't stress on it. If you don't want to be a witch, you don't have to be. :)
