There are many reasons why you are up now. Maybe you did have to muc coffee, you ate to much before you went to bed or you have a sleeping problem. If this happens only now and then I wouldn´t think to much about it. If it´s more often you should go and see a doc.

It is not necessarily unhealthy to sleep from 3am to 2pm and be awake from 2pm to 3am. Most people do not require 11 hours of sleep a day. People who work swing shift sometimes get to bed as late as 3am and wake up around 11am.
Generally, they wake up very early (2-3AM) to take a morning stroll to the community restrooms where they defecate. Next, they eat. Finally, they go to their 20 hour work day.
