There is no universal code of ethics for psychics as they do not all adhere to a specific religion or moral philosophy. And, since many (arguably most) base their entire career on deception, charlatanism and cheating, I don't think most "psychics" have any code of ethics what so ever.
However, for those who might be legitimately psychic, they should of course strive to use their gifts responsibly.
