Hermes, messenger of Zeus for most of the time, was a loner. He had no associates as such, but he was an Olympian. That means he was known and respected by all of the inhabitants of the fabled city of Olympus. As a boy he was a shepherd, so flocks of sheep and goats were his friends and of all the Olympians, he became closest to Apollo. If you would like to learn more about him, read my book "Hermes the Olympian" available on Amazon.
