No worse than juice not-from-concentrate. To concentrate a juice, you are only removing some of the water from it. When you later "make" the juice, you add water back to it.

Added vitamin and minerals for the most part are not absorbed by the body. Juices that are 100% fruit juice (no added High Fructose Corn Syrup) would have the nutrition listed on their packaging.and yet no body knows....
