Honestly it's a bit of a grey area. If it is on your own land, no. If it's on private land and you have permission, no.
If it's on Public land and you don't have the relevant permits... Yes.
If you are an adult you will almost certainly be moved and you risk a fine.
If you are a child you still might get moved but nothing more. No self-respecting local authority will punish a child, but they may (quite rightly) ask you to move on.

No, the children do as current law stands, but the parent is not considered legal.
they relate to war b/c they dont!
How about babysitting or housework or garden work?
Work and earn it. Or if you are a kid then you can put up lemonade stands or garage sales.
lemonade stands and dog wash or car wash
migration, barbecue, lemonade stands, watering holes, other dinosaur things
you can petsit, wash cars, dog walk, mow lawns and do lemonade stands.
Unfortunately yes you do, however, the majority of law enforcement has larger problems to deal with so rarely enforce laws on lemonade stands.
Ask your parents if you can get an allowance for chores, etc. and if not offer to mow your neighbor's lawns. Or you could have a garage sale and a lemonade stand, lemonade stands are cheesy, but they work.
