My lemon juice has fermented. It has been in the fridge since I juiced the lemons, for about 7 months. It's really fermenting, not rotting. My background is doing my own wines and beers. It was an accident, so I'm going to put a fermentation cork in it (If I can find one, it's been years since i did that), and see where this goes. I didn't add any sugar yet, but I may do that.
