No, they do not expire. Indeed, they preserve wine much better than corks do.
The bark of cork trees is typically used to seal bottles of wine. However, screw caps eliminate the risk of spoiled wine.
Wine does not expire but it can pass its peak quality with age.
No, it doesn't expire.
if you keep the dry white wine in an not damp but cool place it does not expire.
The screw on bottle cap was introduced in the early 1960s, eliminating the need to use bottle openers, first in sodas, then a little later, bottled beer and now, good grief, wine!!! However, there are some (bless them) companies that refuse to bottle their beer or wine using these convenient but annoying screw on lids!
Yes, white wine can expire if not stored properly. It can lose its flavor and aroma over time, so it's best to consume it within a few years of purchase.
A screw
While sparkling wine will not expire or turn, it will lose its freshness and complexity over time. While many wines develop with age sparkling wines simply diminish.
A screw top bottle of wine should last for many years.
If a wine bottle is sealed with a cork, then it is opened with a corkscrew.
A corkscrew. Until you remove the cork, you cannot drink wine.
I don't know about the U.S., but Canada's wine prices have gone up. Also I heard on the news that Australia had replaced corks in wine to caps and it's catching on, so good wine will be introduced in possibly plastic bottles (as they states on the news) with caps like pop bottles. My own opinion is I like glass wine bottles and feel the cork enhances the wine.
