No milk and sugar means less fats because you body turns sugar into fat. Milk also contains fat.

So if you are avoiding fats this should be Okay, but there are around 5 calories in black coffee so that is best for avoiding calories - it does have more caffeine. As for white coffees they have maybe 14-16 calories.

(Also, though you are avoiding calories think about other things too - like your body health and skin. Too much coffee isn't great.)
