Sugar as a general term means cane sugar which is absent in lactose but lactose is also a disacharide sugar found in milk , its common name is milk sugar.
there are 20 ounces of suger in skim milk
It all depends on what brand of chocolate milk you're talking about.
What do you mean by "Is it good sugar in skimmed milk". I don't know if putting sugar into milk tastes good because I never tried. If your answer was "Is the natural sugar in milk healthy" then yes. All food items we eat is composed mainly of sugar. The body breaks up the things we eat and uses the sugar as fuel. Even rice has sugar. Your answer is the sugar found naturally in milk provides energy for your body.
No milk and sugar means less fats because you body turns sugar into fat. Milk also contains fat. So if you are avoiding fats this should be Okay, but there are around 5 calories in black coffee so that is best for avoiding calories - it does have more caffeine. As for white coffees they have maybe 14-16 calories. (Also, though you are avoiding calories think about other things too - like your body health and skin. Too much coffee isn't great.)
Chocolate can be made up of a few ingredients, depending on the type. Milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate contain more milk and sugar in them, while dark chocolate contains a much higher percent of cocoa in them (usually about 60% or higer). White chocolate isn't actually "chocolate" at all, as it contains no cocoa in it. Instead, it is made with the milk fats from chocolate.
While milk fat does contain protein, it is not usually given as much credit as meats and beans for being a protein.
It typically takes a few minutes for sugar to dissolve in milk when stirred continuously. The time can vary depending on factors such as the temperature of the milk and the size of the sugar crystals.
Different types of chocolateThere are really three types of chocolate: white, milk, and dark. Milk chocolate could reasonably be called brown chocolate, although there's a somewhat unappealing and unappetizing ring to that term. It usually contains from 33 to 50 percent cocoa and, as you may have guessed, milk or milk powder. Dark chocolate can contain much more cocoa than milk chocolate (up to 70 percent cocoa butter and solids) and contains no milk products. White chocolate contains only cocoa butter and no solids. It does contain milk products. So, white chocolate and milk (brown) chocolate contain milk products. Inasmuch as white chocolate does appear to be a shade of white, it's named appropriately.(edited by another person) And then dark chocolate would be called dark brown chocolate, which just seems wrong. Marketing may play a part, but you're best off believing the more common sense answer written above.
