How do you avoid drinking liquor?

your BAC is your blood alcohol level, as soon as your body contains a certain percent of alcohol, you are considered intoxicated.

Be aware, if someone is a more frequent drinker, they will be build up a tolerance to alcohol, making them feel that they are not as drunk as they are, when in fact their BAC can be quite high.

Also, it takes time to become drunk, so if you are feeling light headed it may not be wise to down 3 shots of tequila... a half hour later you will be feeling pretty lousy.

For people who find it difficult to keep from drinking, there are many methods. Avoid places that serve alcohol. Never keep it in the house. Avoid people or situations that you may associate with drinking. Let as many people as you feel comfortable know that you are quitting drinking and call them when you feel the urge.

Many organizations exist to keep one sober such as churches, Alcoholics Anonymous, Rational Recovery, Oxford Group and many others. Hospitals, detox units and rehabilitation facilities are also available.

There are non-alcoholic cocktails that one can make and it requires one to know the recipe. If you want to make Chocolate cocktail, the ingredients include; 150g Milk Chocolate bar 210ml (just over 7fl oz) milk 75ml (2 1/4fl oz) vanilla syrup 3 squares of milk chocolate Ice 3 martini glasses The method to use is as follows; 1. Place the milk in a non-stick saucepan and heat on a gentle simmer. 2.Break half of the chocolate bar into squares and add into the milk. Allow to cool for one hr at room temperature and then store in fridge. 4.Pour the cool milk mixture into a cocktail shaker and add the vanilla syrup. Shake over ice for 1 min and double-strain into martini glass. 5.Make an insertion in the back of the chocolate squares and place one at an angle on the edge of each martini glass.
