for 250 ml of coke you need about 25 000 ml of spring water(quality one) just to make a solution with a netral PH (around 7)

And that sweetener is awful, worse than corn syrup, ive lost 35 pounds going off corn syrup. It causes you to store fat, it does. But diet drinks are worse than energy drinks. They actually cause people to eat more and gain weight, plus have other serious issues. Those home soft drink machines at Walmart or Target. for 79.00 or so have syrup made with cane sugar. those Mexican cokes at walmart have cane sugar, but pricier than the home brew machine which has many flavors. Cant spend a buck for a 16 oz coke when a 2 liter is.... Back in the day it was plenty, 16 oz. before we super-sized as a nation. We used to get 8 oz cokes at mc'D's in the sixties. the old man on Pawn shop was talking about how old cokes and Pepsi were much different now, and how he hates that they now are made with corn syrup, even more carbonation. People in Okinawa are naturally exposed to coral calcium and it is sold and many normalize ph that way.

If you have 25ml of 3m acid how much 8m base would you need to neutralize it?

To neutralize the 25ml of 3M acid, you would need to find the number of moles of acid present, which is 25ml * 3M = 75 millimoles. Then, you would need the same number of millimoles of the 8M base to neutralize it, so you would need 75 millimoles / 8M = 9.38ml of the 8M base.
