I emailed Jim Beam twice but unfortunately no response. Knob Creek appears to be made by the same company, and their website states that gluten is removed by the distillation process which is consistent with all other literature that I found on Bourbon. I reading how Jim Beam is made on their website, there does not appear to be anything added after distillation so it appears Jim Beam is gluten free. However, I was hoping Jim Beam would confirm this by responding to my emails.
