No. It's perfectly legal. I wonder what aroused this question. The only thing I can think of is that alcohol cannot be purchased in commercial outlets. Hard liquor and wine are only sold in State Stores. Beer is available in commercially licensed beer distributors. There are some municipalities which are "dry", meaning only that you cannot purchase alcohol there. There are no laws against consumption in your own residence.
