It depends on your purpose and needs. Water is a great basic beverage. POWERade is a sports drink. The calories and electrolytes in POWERade are intended to replenish those lost in sweat when exercising. If you are active and need to replenish electrolytes and energy then POWERade is appropriate and a more complete form of hydration than your average water.
powerade
It really depends on how often you are drinking them and how much you work out or sweat. Powerade uses High Fructose Corn Syrup for sugar which is not healthy, but it also has some B vitamins Gatorade does not have. Overall, I would say Gatorade is the best choice for daily drinking.

if you put powerade for a while then water it will go faster
There is nothing that you can do but let it pass. You need to drink lots of fluids, particularly Gatorade or powerade as they actually hydrate you better than water. Also the doctor might prescribe you something for your diarrhoea like imodium, but there is no known cure.
Lucozade and Powerade have sugar in, not alot. It is better to have water if you are just excising for 20mins or so. But if you are training for longer periods it is better to use sports drinks.
You still may be dehydrated, try some Powerade or Gatorade next time. Water goes out of your body quicker than Powerade or Gaterade.
Powerade does not contain caffeine
No, Powerade does not cause cancer.
Dip-dyeing your hair with Powerade is not recommended, as it is a beverage rather than a hair dye. While it may temporarily stain your hair due to its artificial colors, the results are likely to be unpredictable and wash out quickly. Additionally, the sugar and other ingredients in Powerade could lead to stickiness or damage. For better results, it's best to use products specifically designed for hair dyeing.
