If you find that your beer isn't tasting very good stop drinking it and switch to anything nonalcoholic. You can quit drinking this way with no withdrawals. Well, usually if I have a headache. A minor one, nothing big. But if I usually go to the bathroom(number 2) then my headache goes away. But sometimes I get sick then after the virus passes by, I feel fine again. So I'm not sure if pooping causes headaches.
