Rum has a burning alcohol sensation as well as a sweet taste. It goes down smooth and it is very good with Orange Juice along with grenadine or rum and coke. Some rum is flavored which makes it even better. Its better to mix it in or drink it straight up.

What is the difference between rum flavoring and actual rum in terms of taste and quality?

Rum flavoring is an artificial additive that mimics the taste of rum, while actual rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane or molasses. In terms of taste and quality, rum flavoring may lack the complexity and depth of flavor found in real rum, which is typically richer and more nuanced. Actual rum also has a higher quality due to the fermentation and aging process involved in its production, resulting in a more authentic and satisfying taste experience.

No. Bacardi has a 151 proof rum, known as an over-proofed rum. 151 Rum has extra alcohol added to the rum to make it more potent and more flammable. 191 proof anything, however, would be almost pure alcohol and would taste like alcohol not rum.
