Tuba scales fingering are scales for given valves in Tuba.
There is no "F-Flat", it's E-Natural (second valve)

On a standard Bb trumpet, the fingering for F is 1.
E-sharp is the same as F-natural.
The fingering is: Thumb on hole at the back, and 3rd finger on 2nd hole.
