Brandy, I believe is the answer you are looking for. When wine is distilled it becomes brandy, or Cognac, or Grappa, or I am sure a myriad of other names depending upon geographical location.
A synonym for distillate would be Sterilize.
I can fill my car up with 20 gallons of petroleum distillate.
No. No, boiling the water out of it would be distilling it down.
No. I would definitely kill them first. And then get a nice bottle of Chianti.
Pure Substances Boil at a Constant Temperature while Mixtures do not, To determine if the Distillate is pure the Liquid distillate would be boiled and for example if the substance is water, it should begin boiling at exactly at 100 degrees celcius if it boils below or above that point it is not a pure substance
Distillation would be the most effective method. In this manner, you can obtain both the distillate and the residue.
There is quite a bit of missing information here.a. Lets assume your pressure is 1 atm.b. Lets also assume you are distilling methanol and water.c. Lets assume your theoretical plate efficiency is 100%d. Lets ALSO assume your initial concentration is 0.1 mol% methanol.Given these condition it takes about 1.25 theoretical plates to distill it to about 49 mol%.The number of plates depends heavily on the initial concentration.Working backwards from 49mol%, exactly one stage would place you at an initial concentration of about 8%. Exactly two would place you at about 1 mol%.See also the McCabe Thiele method: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McCabe-Thiele_method

A distillation flask is a piece of laboratory equipment that holds a substance to be distilled. The advantage of using a distillation flask whose capacity is greater than volume of liquid is the loss of heat.
Placing the thermometer bulb above the junction of the condenser and the distilling column would measure the temperature of the vapors leaving the column. This temperature reading can help monitor the progress of distillation and identify when different components are being distilled.
If the distillate is flammable, it may indicate that the substance is a volatile organic compound (VOC) and has a high purity level as impurities could affect its flammability. However, the flammability alone does not necessarily indicate purity, as some impurities may also be flammable. Further analysis, such as testing for specific impurities, would be needed to assess purity accurately.
The smallest bottle at the start would let you go forward. Next was a bottle nettle wine, then a bottle of poison, another bottle of wine, another bottle of poison. The final bottle of wine and then a small round bottle that would let you go forward.
