The Boston Beer Company, who brews Sam Adams, is currently brewed in two brewery's primarily; Cincinnati Ohio in the former Hudepohl-Schoenling brewery, and in Breinigsville PA at a former Diageo brewery. These are the first production breweries for the brand, formerly being contract brewed at various breweries in the Midwest and Northeast.
The Boston HQ facility is for recipe development and pilot brewing, with a limited production capacity, less than 1% of total volume.
