they drink a lot of teas, coffee, yogurt mixes, and fruit juices/ smoothies
you should drink smoothies because they are heathly, not to much sweetness, good snack for running, it has alote of protine, it is easy to make, and it deos not have alote of carbs, and calories.
It mostly depends on the person. My observations have concluded that the majority of people drink smoothies. This also depends on your definition of "drink" and "eat" if your definition of eat involves chewing (as is the general consensus) then I would conclude that the correct word to use is "drink" because people do not usually chew smoothies. However, it has been pointed out that many people do not chew ice cream, yet it is universally agreed that you eat ice cream. Perhaps this is because ice cream is undeniably solid. Smoothies seem to be in between solid and liquid, but I would classify them as liquid because despite the thickness, smoothies have a viscosity and do not have a definite shape. Therefore, you drink a smoothie.

Since people make their own smoothies as well as buying them in shops, there is no way to determine how many are consumed.
Smoothies are OK to drink the day after you make them, provided that they have been refrigerated. If you just leave them out on the counter, then no, they are not OK to drink.
