it doesnt the lemon juice its self will mold too.
the outcome is that the bread has a lot of mold before i figured it out i thought it wouldnt because of the acids and chemicals in the lemon juice

Mold grows faster in an environment that seals in moisture. Apples create juice. If left out, it will grow mold. But a little slower than an apple in a bag.
Both undiluted lemon juice and white vinegar will get rid of mold. These products are both considered green and have no harmful chemicals. Just spray the lemon juice or vinegar on the affected area and allow to sit for about an hour. Rinse off with clean water.
no i stock up on onange juice and i drink it a month old ive never seen mold but if there some other additives in it im sure its possible

A banana would mold faster in orange juice because it is more acidic than milk. Molds can grow over a pH range of 2-8.5 however molds tend to grow better at an acidic pH.
