Guinness is a very filling beer, so much so that after one beer, many drinkers, even regular drinkers who are used to paler beers, feel full.
A pint of Guinness typically comes in a 20oz glass and is equivalent to 2.5 points.

yes because Philip told me to
To make a Guinness Half and Half, also known as a Black and Tan, pour half a pint of pale ale into a glass. Then, carefully pour half a pint of Guinness Stout over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the ale. Enjoy the two distinct flavors in one glass.
Technically, one isn't supposed to eat while enjoying Guinness. Due to the spirits having a strong flavor and thick texture, it pretty much ruins the meal itself. Guinness is a conversational spirit. It should be drank slowly and in the accompany of others.
The font used in the Guinness logo was created for the Guinness company by Dalton Maag. It's simply titled " Guinness."
It was a Toucan :-)

Use a room temperature glass, preferably 20 ounces which is the traditional size. If a chilled glass is used, as soon as it hits room temperature, condensation will occur. This will prevent the Guinness from getting thick and creamy. It also lessens the head size. Ensure your Guinness is at 6 degrees Celsius or 42.8 degrees Fahrenheit. Tilt the glass to a 45-degree angle and fill until three quarters full. Do not place under the tap and walk away. This process should take approximately 119.5 seconds to complete. Place the glass on the table and let the Guinness settle completely. Fill the glass to just above the rim once the surge has settled. Complete your pour with a Shamrock on the head with a toothpick, the Irish symbol of good luck.
