Moonshine might taste like water if it has been poorly distilled or diluted with water, resulting in a low alcohol concentration. Additionally, if the distillation process did not properly extract flavors from the base ingredients, the final product could lack character and complexity. Lastly, if the moonshine is made from a neutral base, such as sugar or corn, it might naturally have a milder taste profile that could be reminiscent of water.
well the water will make the vinegar less salty but if you put to much water it would taste like nothing
I am drinking some now. Made from white sugar, bakers yeast and water (and cinnamon, but that didn't work) The actual flavor, when watered down a whole lot, it something like white bread dough.

No. I actually dislike the taste of water because it has no taste.
Most animals do have taste receptors in their mouths that can detect different flavors, but their ability to taste flavor in water may vary. While some animals, like humans, can taste different chemicals or minerals in water, other animals may not have the same taste receptors and therefore may not taste flavor in water as we do.
Taste drainage water once......................
Since all ice is, is frozen water and water has no odor or taste..then the logical conclusion would be that Ice has no taste...*exception..the chemicals in the water is what gives water its broad range of tastes, so in cases such as these the Ice would taste like the chemical make-up that is in it*
I have not tried Bulgarian moonshine before.
