Yes it can i saw it happen today!
is it rain, snow, or sunshine at one time
Yes, this occurs when the temperature is around freezing at the surface and is only marginally favorable for snow aloft. All the precipitation begins as snow in the clouds, but on the way to the ground it encounters enough warm air for some of it to melt into rain. The result is a mixture of rain and snow, and is very common. In fact, you can even get a mixture of rain, sleet, and snow!
This is called a thunder snow if it is snowing at the same time. It is caused by the same factors as a thunderstorm except the precipitation is snow or hail instead of rain.
yes snow is rain and rain is snow because the snow turn it rain when the sun is out and rain turn to snow when the wind is blowing hard.
That is true....
Garrett, Maryland had rain and snow at the same time during Hurricane Sandy.
A mixture of rain and snow falling at the same time is known as sleet.

No I dont think so. Because if its cold enough to snow, the coldness would just freeze the rain and snow, making it into ice. So Im pretty sure it all that would turn into ice.
Not necessarily. Rain is most certainly precipitation but precipitation can be rain, hail or snow for example. Other recognized forms are ice pellets, snow grains, snow pellets, and drizzle (which is differentiated from rain).
The diffrents beetween rain and snow is sanow is more heaverior compare to rain is more light
Well only for a very short amount of time because the rain would melt the snow or the snow would freeze the rain a couple of seconds after they started falling.
They are both types of precipitation.
