Yes, but you don't have to. The multi-vitamin should offer you enough of what you need, you wouldn't want to make a habit of consuming more calcium than your body can process. Centrum multi-vitamins are great, to benefit most from them you should consume no more than 1 cup of water per half hour, this should keep you perfectly hydrated throughout the day, your body will be overwhelmed with too much water if you drink more than that and the fluid will be wasted. It seems like a pain at first but you quickly get used to it. Carry a water bottle with you and mark it with lines for one cup, then pour in another cup and mark that as an additional cup, etc. You'll want to keep your liver and kidneys working well for you and that's the way to do it. And take the vitamin about an hour or so before bed, that way it will have had the time to break down overnight and give you plenty of energy for the day. For more info if you are interested, check out these books from your library: Endurance Sports Nutrition, and Nutrition for Serious Athletes, both by Human Kinetics...they will offer you very good advice on diet and some science on keeping your body working at it's best, without even having to workout if you don't want to.
