Centrum multi-vitamins are great, to benefit most from them you should consume no more than 1 cup of water per half hour, this should keep you perfectly hydrated throughout the day, your body will be overwhelmed with too much water if you drink more than that and the fluid will be wasted. It seems like a pain at first but you quickly get used to it. Carry a water bottle with you and mark it with lines for one cup, then pour in another cup and mark that as an additional cup, etc. You'll want to keep your liver and kidneys working well for you and that's the way to do it. And take the vitamin about an hour or so before bed, that way it will have had the time to break down overnight and give you plenty of energy for the day.
