Global Warming is a serous issue weather it be man made or natural. The Greenhouse effect and Global Warming are basically the same thing. When you drive your car or when leaves fall to the ground and decay they release a gas compound call Co2. The Co2 thickens the atmosphere letting less and less of the suns light energy escape back into space. A greenhouse works much like this but it insted of gases it uses glass the trap the suns energy.

The natural greenhouse effect allows man to exist on this planet. Without it we would be a cold dead planet.

However, at present we have an enhanced (or accelerated) greenhouse effect. This is caused by all the extra carbon dioxide that man has put into the atmosphere since the Industrial Revolution, when we began burning coal, first for industry, then transport and the generation of electricity. The carbon dioxide from fossil fuel has been underground for millions of years, so it has not been part of the normal carbon cycle which keeps the planet warm. This enhanced greenhouse effect is causing the warming of the planet, with the ten hottest years on record all occurring since 1995.

Yes, the greenhouse affect is when all the CO2 and other pollution get caught up in the atmosphere and keeps the heat there. This is what causes the Greenhouse effect.

When we burn fossil fuel (coal, oil and natural gas) we put extra CO2 into the atmosphere that has been hidden underground for millions of years. This extra CO2 is too much for the carbon cycle to deal with and it's causing global warming.

Global warming does not alter the natural greenhouse effect. Man alters the natural greenhouse effect by deforestation and by burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas). This increases the levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, causing an enhanced (or accelerated) greenhouse effect which is causing global warming.

The enhanced greenhouse effect is causing global warming. Global warming is producing climate change, serious changes in the climate of the earth. See the related question below.

Will greenhouse gas effect global warming?

yes, increases in greenhouse gasses are the dominant cause of global warming.

Which effect is responsible for global warming?

The enhanced greenhouse effect in our atmosphere is believed to be causing global warming.

What gases cause global warming and how?

Greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide and methane, mostly) cause global warming by increasing their levels in the atmosphere. This turns the benign greenhouse effect into an accelerated greenhouse effect which is causing global warming.

What is the greenhouse effect called?

the green house effect called global warming, and the global warming is increasing day-by-day.

What environmental issue is related to the greenhouse effect?

Global Warming... Global Warming is caused by Carbon Dioxide being trapped in the Earth's atmosphere. AKA the greenhouse effect.

What is the another term for the greenhouse effect?

Global warming, but the two terms are not the same. The natural greenhouse effect keeps the planet warm. The enhanced greenhouse effect causes global warming.Global warming causes climate change.

All the things are related to each other. It is because all these affect the temperature and weather.

How is global warming working?

The greenhouse effect is the trapping of heat by certain gases that have been identified as helping retain heat on our planet. The runaway greenhouse effect is causing global warming.
