Actually, you have to have at least 8 - 12 trees in every acre. You can

make one acre by placing one of your designs in one of the top corners

of your town. Then, you keep on placing it downwards for 15 more spaces.

Then, you either go, left or right 16 spaces with your design. Then, you go up

16 spaces with your design. And finally, you go to the right, 15 spaces.

Note - every acre must have at least 3 flowers in it, or it will say something

a little like, "[Your town] is decent, but it feels like something is missing.."

And when it says that, you need to add me flowers to your acres.

You don't need to have hybrid flowers. It can be any kind. Pansies, cosmos,

roses, or even tulips. And you can have any kind of fruit tree in there too!

It doesn't have to be fruit from YOUR town. It can be apples, Oranges, cherries,

Pears, and even peaches.

So, once you get your town to a perfect status, it should say something like this, "[Your town] is a livable, and lovely place to be living in! Wouldn't it be

wonderful if we could keep [Your town] this livable forever?!"

Once it says that, you have the perfect town status, but to get the Golden

Watering Can, you need to keep your town at that status, (the perfect town

status) for 16 straight days. Then, when you go talk to Pelly or Phyllis on the

16th day, one of them will give you the Golden Watering Can!
