get the can of liquid sunshine and open it in the employee lunch room using the can opener. go to the wind room and take a left in the first room. you will see the spot where the y-pipe goes and a yellow thing. talk to the yellow thing, who's name is Sid. give Sid the liquid sunshine and he will come with you. either go to the bathroom or go into the rain machine bottling room. Sid will say "he's in this room!" and you wave him around until you find the automated snowflake inspector. then you have to bring him back by giving him the blue ribbon and then take him back into his spot. you get the blue ribbon from the stapler guys room.
