The result would depend on the concentration of the ammonia and the bleach, as well as other factors such as the health of the individual. Attempting to research this question though experimentation is certainly a bad idea!
By drying ammonia, I guess you mean ammonia gas.. To dry ammonia gas you pass it through a drying tube of sorts filled with KOH or NaOH pellets. This method is for almost dry gas, if you are getting your ammonia gas from a ammonia/water solution you probably have to predry it with anhydrous sodium sulfate or some other sort of dessicant before you lead it through the KOH/NaOH pellet filled drying tube.
Ammonia must be dried before reacting with sodium to prevent the formation of explosive products such as sodium amide. Drying removes water, which can react with sodium to form hydrogen gas, leading to a potential explosion. Additionally, drying ensures a more controlled and predictable reaction between ammonia and sodium.
As I am a layman in this area, this answer will be partial until improved by a pro. There could be many reasons for a high percentage of Ammonia in sewage water. One that I am aware of [told by a Forensic Chemist friend] is that Ammonia is an intermediate byproduct of the decomposition [normal breakdown] of Urine. With time and the right conditions, the Ammonia will biodegrade into Nitrogen and Hydrogen, and I think, Methane.

Rub towels on skin as needed.Please note: this is ammonia spirits ( ammonia carbonate), the stuff that goes into smelling salts,NOT ammonia.
